Fruits for 6 Months Babies

It’s not appropriate to feed raw fruits for 6 months babies since their digestive system is not fully developed. But feeding with fruit purees is all right. Below is a list of some basic fruit purees that are healthy for your babies:

1.    Apple Puree

One of the preferred initial fruits for 6 months babies is apple sauce prepared from red or gala apples, making it delicious, mild and sweet. Apples are recommended for your babies as they contain vitamin C and fiber, which are essential components for the baby’s growth.
